Jubilee is an incredible experience getting to spend time with a like-minded community and getting the opportunity to hear from a variety of speakers teaching distinct parts of the salvation story: Creation, Fall, Redemption, and Consummation. Each year I get to hear different perspectives, stories, and teachings about Christ that foster a deeper understanding of the Father’s love for us as His creation! To be surrounded by thousands of other college students with a desire to know Christ deeper as we worship, listen, and converse with one another is an opportunity unique to Jubilee.
Jubilee also offers breakout sessions for specific topics and majors that allow me to learn more about how to live for Christ in the way I learn, study, how I will go about my career, and just my everyday life. One of my favorite sessions from this previous year wasn’t necessarily specific to my major but was on the topic of prayer. It truly helped strengthen my prayer life and shift my perspective on prayer to a more positive viewpoint rather than feeling like a chore.
Some of my best memories from Jubilee come from the late-night conversations after the day/sessions are over with friends and other college students. It’s always super cool to hear different stories, testimonies, and what the Lord has been doing in other’s lives — or simply getting to play cards and laugh with one another. Jubilee has become one of my favorite weekends of the year and every year it’s easy to see the Lord working through this conference!
This year’s Jubilee conference will take place on February 13-15, 2026. Students can find more information and register at this link.
