There are questions every high school student should be asking when considering a college education: Is it worth it? Can I afford it? How do I decide what to study? Geneva College leaders provide answers to some of these top questions and more in this series. Take a closer look with us.

Can I afford college?

Oftentimes, the scariest part of the enrollment process is understanding the cost of college. It may feel overwhelming or confusing to understand financial aid, but we’re here to help you and your parents make sense of it.

Many people expect the cost of a college education to be out of reach, but Geneva is committed to being a wise investment as one of the most affordable Christian private schools in the nation. Every student accepted at Geneva is automatically considered for over a dozen scholarships and grants — money that doesn’t need to be paid back. Additionally, your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) helps us determine other types of aid for you, such as federal, state, and need-based institutional funding.

At Geneva, 99% of our students receive financial aid, and our undergraduate students earn their degrees with less debt than the national average!

For eligible students, we have more great news. The Geneva Tuition Promise ensures that all eligible Pennsylvania traditional undergraduate students from families earning less than $70,000 annually pay no tuition at our school.

The first step is simply to apply. Through the application process, we’ll begin to decipher your financial aid. Once admitted, the Office of Financial Aid will work directly with you and your parents to answer questions and find the best options available to you.

We’re committed to making your college decision a wise investment — academically, spiritually, and financially.
